Topic:

Causes ChanServ to set the channel topic to the one specified. If topic is not given, then an empty topic is set. This command is most useful in conjunction with SET TOPICLOCK. See /cs HELP SET TOPICLOCK for more information.

By default, limited to those with founder access on the channel.

Syntax:

• /cs TOPIC <channel> <topic>
